Fee
Membership costs £5 per annum.

Fill in all required details on the form. If applicable, please also complete the Gift Aid declaration section.
Once you have completed the form, return it to the email address listed on the form. Alternatively, you may drop off your completed form at either The Hub in Hallbankgate or the Post Office in Halton Lea Gate with appropriate payment.
Please pay your membership fee via bank transfer if the service is available to you. Use ‘LCHT’ followed by your name as the payment reference and note it on your returned membership form.
