We are holding a second drop-in event at The Hub, Hallbankgate on Tuesday, 5th May 2026 at 3.30-4.30pm. Please come along if you would like any help or guidance with completing the Public Right of Way User Evidence Statement for later submission to Cumberland Council. Our first drop-in session was held a couple of weeks ago and was well supported. Further drop in events may be arranged in the near future.
We have blank WCA6 Forms and copies of maps available for those that do not necessarily have the ability, or on-line access to download and print the forms. You can complete your form at The Hub and support will be on-hand for those that may need it.
Your evidence is a legal statement of fact and should be faithful and accurate and only pertain to your personal experience of usage of any part of the route.
If you have additional evidence that you can bring along then please do, pictures, maps, documents, journals, screen prints from web sites describing walks, rides etc are all admissible as evidence. We will be on hand during the morning to provide guidance and support as needed. Please come along.
